Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking services, or visiting the temple premises, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Temple Services

Puja and Religious Services

  • All puja bookings must be made in advance
  • Devotees must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time
  • Appropriate dress code must be followed (traditional/modest clothing)
  • Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during religious ceremonies
  • Photography during pujas requires prior permission

Temple Timings

  • Morning: 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Evening: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Special timings during festivals will be announced separately

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance for bookings
  • We accept cash, UPI, and online payments
  • Service charges are non-negotiable and as per temple rates
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
  • Receipts will be provided for all transactions

Visitor Guidelines

  • Maintain silence and reverence within temple premises
  • Remove footwear before entering the main sanctum
  • Do not touch the deity or religious artifacts
  • Follow instructions of temple priests and staff
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited
  • Children must be accompanied by adults at all times

Photography and Videography

  • Photography is allowed in designated areas only
  • Commercial photography requires written permission
  • Flash photography is not permitted near the deity
  • Live streaming or recording during pujas is prohibited

Prohibited Activities

  • Disrespectful behavior towards staff, priests, or other devotees
  • Bringing prohibited items (leather goods, non-vegetarian food)
  • Commercial activities without prior approval
  • Defacing or damaging temple property
  • Creating disturbances during religious ceremonies

Limitation of Liability

The temple management is not liable for:

  • Personal belongings left unattended on temple premises
  • Injuries due to non-compliance with safety guidelines
  • Losses due to theft or accidents
  • Changes in puja schedules due to unforeseen circumstances

Modifications to Terms

The temple reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
